WELCOME TO THE ROTARY E-CLUB MAKE UP

It is fairly simple to do an on line make up.  These can be done any day of the week and 24 hours a day.

There are only 13 E-Clubs established.  They are a trial batch and a firm decision to use them or not will be made by Rotary International in 2010.

In the meantime, the Greeley Rotary Club has selected E-Club One for our members on line make up.  E-Club One is part of District 5440, therefore many of the meeting articles you will find there will relate more closely with our own club.

To do an on line make up follow these steps:

1. Log on to the E-Club One site.

2. It will ask you for a donation, and that is up to you, it is not mandatory.

3. To complete the make up form you will be asked how many programs you reviewed and then to rate them.  It is therefore necessary to view the programs, select one or two and read through them.  You will find the link to the programs at the top of the page on the menu bar under "Make Up Programs".

4. Once you have read the programs, go to the menu bar at the top of the page and select "Request Make Up".

5. You should be taken to the make up page where you will put in your own information, name, city, state and club.  In all there are 3 screens you will insert information.  The email address you should enter where prompted is secretary@greeleyrotary.org .  That should get it our club secretary so you will receive credit for a make up.

6. Now go ahead and log on to the E-Club One site at this link http://www.rotaryeclubone.org/donation_creditcard.htm

All in all, it shouldn't take more than 20-30 minutes of your time and all make ups will help the Greeley Rotary Club's attendance numbers greatly.
